Here are the some tips for using Arcserve Email Archiving:

ClosedTIP 1

To increase storage volume, add a new disk. You cannot modify the base / initial volume used for Deployment.

ClosedTIP 2

Avoid using same User ID for multiple roles. Otherwise, employee role appears in some cases even when you are logging for other roles.

ClosedTIP 3

Supported Versions for Deployment:

  • ESX/VMware Versions: 6.5 and above
  • Hyper-V versions: 2019 / 2016 / 2012 R2 and 2008 R2
ClosedTIP 4

System requirements for Deployment:

  • 8 GB of RAM
  • 2 CPUs
  • 100 GB of storage
